From brief to final frame.

The brief

A non-commercial DisplaceMint study to improve lookdev, modeling, animation and post with a glass product and well-known characters.

How it was made

I developed the lookdev of the bottles: glass thickness and refraction, liquid, metal valve and printed labels. Modeling by Luiz Campolina, animation and sound by William Oliveira, rendered in Cycles.

The result

A short film and stills where the glass holds up in close-up and the labels stay crisp through the liquid.
