The brief
Supplements for older adults need warmth and a reason to care, not a before/after body shot. The story is one sentence long: she cannot lift her grandson, her son hands her a jar, eight weeks later she spins him in the air.
How it was made
The look is fixed in every frame prompt ("anamorphic lens, 35mm film grain, teal and amber grade"), and both actors live on character sheets. The jar is generated from a locked reference and the compliance footer is added in the edit.
The result
A 28-second drama that sells through emotion, names no condition and carries the legal disclaimer on screen.
Every second has a job.
- 0-4 sHook
Hands on an empty barbell, arms trembling. Alt: Diana to camera, "My doctor said I'm getting weaker."
- 4-10 sProblem
"I can't even lift him anymore, Mateo." His hand on her knee.
- 10-16 sSolution
"Creatine. Same stuff I take. Two a day." "Candy? Really?"
- 16-21 sProof
Dumbbell row with good form, calendar on the wall. "Eight weeks."
- 21-28 sPayoff + CTA
She lifts the toddler and spins. "Who's strong now?" Jar on the counter.
What made it work.
- The problem scene holds a long pause. Silence carries the emotion and gives the captions room.
- The doctor-line hook was reshot with a new pose (hands open on knees). In the first take she crossed her arms and H3 invented a pill in her hand, so the prompt now forbids objects and gestures.
- Dialogue is native H3 speech. A first pass with a separate voice track drifted from the lips, so it was dropped.
- No condition is named. Weakness is shown as a situation, and the on-screen footer states the usual supplement disclaimer.
